What is System Integration?
When your tools don't talk to each other, your team becomes the integration - copying data, reconciling spreadsheets and chasing errors. System Integration connects your systems with reliable APIs and real-time sync, so information flows automatically and everyone works from one source of truth.
API development, third-party integrations, CRM and ERP connections, payment gateway integration, and real-time data synchronisation.
The difference System Integration makes
Practical outcomes, not just activity. Here is what you actually walk away with once System Integration is in place - and how we make sure it pays for itself.
One connected stack
Your systems share data automatically instead of relying on manual exports and re-entry.
Real-time accuracy
Changes in one system reflect everywhere instantly, so nobody works from stale data.
Reliable by design
Retries, logging and monitoring keep integrations running even when a service hiccups.
Is System Integration right for you?
System Integration is for teams whose tools have quietly turned their people into the glue - copying, reconciling and re-keying between systems that were never meant to work in isolation. It usually earns its keep when:
- ✓Your tools don't talk to each other, so people move data by hand
- ✓The same information is re-typed into a CRM, a spreadsheet and an accounting tool
- ✓Your CRM, ERP and payments each hold a slightly different version of the truth
- ✓Reconciliation and reporting mean exporting, matching and fixing by hand
- ✓You've bought good tools - they just aren't connected

A clear, low-risk process
No black boxes and no surprises. You see working progress at every step - from the first call through design, build and launch - and always know exactly what comes next.
Discover
We dig into your goals, users and constraints - and agree exactly what success looks like, and how we'll measure it, before any work begins.
Design
We map the solution end to end - architecture, flows and scope - so everyone knows what we're building, and why, before we build it.
Build
We deliver in short, visible iterations with working software every week, so you see real progress and can steer as we go.
Launch & support
We ship to production, measure the results against your goals, and keep improving - you're never left with something half-finished.

Which systems can you actually connect?
Almost anything that offers an API - CRMs, ERPs, accounting and payment tools, marketing platforms, help desks and custom internal systems. If two systems can each be reached, we can usually get them talking.
Where a tool has no proper API, we don't give up - we find a reliable path (a supported export, a webhook, a middle layer), and we'll tell you honestly if one particular connection isn't worth the effort.
What happens if an integration fails midway?
We assume things will occasionally go wrong - a service goes down, a record is malformed - and build for it. Integrations retry, log what happened, and alert us rather than silently dropping data.
The design principle is simple: fail loudly and safely. Nothing gets quietly lost, and problems surface where someone can actually act on them.
Will this disrupt the systems we rely on every day?
No. We integrate around your live systems carefully, and test thoroughly in a safe environment before anything touches production.
Your team keeps working the way they do now; the connections come online in the background, and we roll them out in stages rather than flipping one big switch.
Do we need real-time sync, or is periodic enough?
It depends on the job. Some data genuinely needs to be in sync the moment it changes - stock levels, payments, orders. Other things are perfectly fine syncing every few minutes or on a schedule.
We'll recommend the right approach for each connection rather than making everything real-time for its own sake, which keeps things simpler and cheaper to run.
What about data that doesn't match between systems?
That's one of the trickier and more important parts, and we handle it deliberately. Before connecting anything, we map how each system names and structures its data, and agree the rules for what wins when they disagree.
The result is consistent, predictable data across your stack, instead of two systems quietly drifting apart.
Is our data secure while it moves between systems?
Yes. Data moves over secure connections, credentials are stored safely rather than hard-coded, and only the systems that need a given piece of information receive it.
If you have specific security or compliance requirements around where data can go, tell us up front and we'll build to them.
How is integration work priced?
We scope the integrations with you first and quote a clear price for the defined work. A single connection is a small, well-bounded project; a whole connected stack is larger, and we'll break it into sensible phases.
You'll know the cost before we start, and if something turns out more involved than expected, you hear about it before the work happens.
Can you connect a custom or in-house system?
Usually, yes - and this is often where integration pays off most, because off-the-shelf tools rarely offer a neat button for your bespoke system. If it has any way to send or receive data, we can generally work with it.
If it doesn't yet, we can build that capability into it as part of the work.
What do we actually get at the end?
Working, monitored integrations - plus documentation of what connects to what, how the data flows, and what to do if something needs changing later. It's all yours to keep.
You won't be left with a black box only we understand; the point is to make your stack more reliable and more maintainable, not more dependent on us.
We're not sure which connections matter most - can you advise?
Absolutely. We usually start by mapping where your team currently moves data by hand and where mistakes creep in - that quickly shows which connections would save the most time and pain.
You'll get a prioritised plan, and it's completely fine to start with the one or two that hurt most and expand from there.
